Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing setting.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality standards.
• Confident communicator and team player.
• Comfortable using software systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Awareness of health & safety protocols in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Perform critical quality checks across all active machinery on the shop floor.
• Accurately record measurements and findings using internal software systems.
• Communicate with Shift Supervisors and machine operators regarding any out-of-spec products.
• Manage quarantined stock and coordinate rework or scrapping procedures.
• Complete all quality documentation (paper-based and digital).
• Support calibration checks and ensure equipment is within inspection dates.
• Assist the Quality Manager with customer complaints and investigations.
• Conduct internal audits in line with the annual schedule.
