Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced QC Team Lead to join and lead a high performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine your technical expertise and strong people management skills to succeed and ensure the delivery of quality objectives while driving continuous improvement.

If you have proven experience in people management, performance development, and leadership this could be an excellent opportunity for you, to drive development, change, and continuous improvement within the team. You will be responsible for leading analytical validation, method transfer, and verification principles. If you have previous experience of GMP & analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, this could be an excellent fit for you. If you already have experience as a QC team leader delivering complex projects, we would love to hear from you.
