Job description

Large door and window manufacturer based in Wakefield is looking for a Quality Control Supervisor for their growing operation. This role is suitable for someone with a quality control background, as ensuring a quality product is delivered to customers is part of their ongoing commitment.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Monitoring personnel to ensure the team is producing a quality product
2. Identifying and implementing cost efficiencies and facilitating corrections to equipment malfunctions by collaborating across departments
3. Conducting root cause analysis and ensuring solutions are identified and implemented
4. Coaching and developing employees
5. Ensuring health and safety compliance on site

The ideal candidate will have quality control knowledge in a fast-moving company, excellent supervisory skills, and the ability to coach a growing team. Preferably, you will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in management and have experience with UPVC.
