Job Description

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality control? We're looking for a dedicated professional to support our Quality Inspection department with workflow and systems management. You'll manage the delivery of components, support quality processes, and ensure efficient task execution. If you have strong organisational skills and thrive under pressure, apply now and help us maintain high standards in our operations!

Main Duties

  • Manage the delivery of components into and out of the department.
  • Support the delivery of quality processes.
  • Manage tasks to allow team members to deliver Quality Control tasks efficiently.
  • Book in components after delivery to inventory department.
  • Add components to the component lifecycle system.
  • Etch / label components with part identification and tracking information.
  • Work with all delivery departments and the Quality Inspection Manager to manage priorities and delivery through the department.
  • Confirm the correct information is provided prior to Quality Control Inspection.
  • Record and manage the correction of any misleading information.
  • Support the continuous improvement of processes impacting department efficiency.
  • Support department systems as requested, such as management of gauges and preventative maintenance checks.
  • Create and manage department documentation.

  • Adhere to brand rules and maintain high standards of department presentation.
  • Work to quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement of department and personal performance.
  • Understand cost cap rules and requirements.

  • Structured approach to work organisation and well-developed time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new software as required.
  • Effective communication skills to build engagement and understanding.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an F1 / motorsport environment is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Quality Inspection demands is desirable but not essential.
