Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Scientist, Quality Control for a 12 Month FTC at its UK site (Kent Science Park). You will analyse and report QC test samples (packaging, raw materials, intermediates, finished products, stability) in accordance with cGMP, using HPLC, GC, TLC, FTIR and UV techniques.

The role involves data recording, investigation of deviations, SOP authoring/reviewing, and collaboration across QA/QC to ensure data integrity and product quality.

Qualifications

• Typically >3 years relevant post-degree work experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and laboratory compliance practices.
• Experience with routine analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, TLC, FTIR, UV).
• Knowledge/experience with LIMS and chromatography data systems (Empower).

Responsabilités

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, TLC, FTIR, UV and other required techniques.
• Record data and notify management of OOS/OOT/OOE results.
• Investigate non-conformities and implement CAPA actions.
• Maintain calibrated instruments and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Author/review SOPs, protocols and investigation reports.
