Job Brief

We are seeking a new member for our Quality Control team. This critical role involves ensuring that all products meet the high standards of quality Weredog is known for. The ideal candidate will have a background in quality control, with a track record of maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment. However, no past experience is neccessary and we will provide all training neccessary.

You will be responsible for following quality assurance processes, conducting detailed inspections, and maintaining accurate records to ensure that our products meet all specifications.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Bristol, UK, with a workload of 40 hours per week. The shift will be Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm.

Job Duties
  • Conduct thorough visual and physical inspections of manufactured products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards, including checks on color accuracy, texture, and other product-specific attributes.
  • Implement and follow established quality assurance protocols and procedures to maintain consistency and reliability in product quality.
  • Accurately document inspection results, including defects and deviations from standards.
  • Carry out physical processing tasks, including the removal of excess material, cleaning, cataloging, photographing, and packaging of finished items to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
Compensation

We are offering a starting wage of £12 per hour.

Requirements

  • Ability to identify even the smallest defects or inconsistencies in products, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing more than 10kg as needed.
  • Able to consistently perform repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic factory environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities.
