About The Team:

The Quality Control Manager sits within our Operational Excellence team which is responsible for driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout HelloFresh's operation. Responsible for the detection and correction of pick and pack defects, this is a data-driven team that exemplifies the HelloFresh attitude of an egoless environment and learning never stops!

What You Will Be Doing:

• The Quality Control Manager will engage and develop colleagues to meet their full potential to then allow the teams to achieve optimum performance
• Lead the site Quality team, taking accountability for their performance and development to exemplify the teams values
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records (including computerised/digital) of internal and external quality data, analysing this data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor and evaluate the operational processes and identify potential areas of improvement to ensure consistent quality
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any quality or safety issues and collaborate cross-functionally to implement corrective and preventative measures to improve quality
• Educate and lead employees on quality control procedures, promote a culture of quality throughout the organisation
• Support in the design, development, and implementation of the HelloFresh Operational Excellence System
• Undertaking and lead problem solving activities to drive continuous improvement
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures and site KPI targets.

Who You Are:

• Clear experience of continuous improvement in FMCG or Food Manufacturing environment
• Six Sigma Green Belt Qualification
• Experience in conducting inspections and audits
• Confident in coaching continuous improvement tools and systems
• A natural leader able to influence and motivate at all levels

Location: HelloFresh, Unit 2 Plot 8, Smart Parc, DE21 7HW

Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm office based every day
