Job Description

The Quality Group is responsible for the Company’s Quality Management System. As a member of the Quality Group, this individual is responsible for the inspection and testing of products manufactured or purchased by Wilcox for the end user.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Enforce the Quality Management Systems.
• Perform functional, visual, physical, and environmental inspections of finished products.
• Perform functional and visual inspection and testing of incoming electronics.
• Read test plans and follow instructions accurately.
• Handle nonconforming products appropriately.
• Collect and retain Quality Records.
• Communicate with internal parties regarding product conformance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a high-paced Quality role; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications.
• Working knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and data collection.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards.
• Understanding of ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems.
