In this vital position, you'll act as the final gatekeeper of product quality, ensuring that every item leaving our facility meets the highest standards.

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be a visible presence on the production floor, working closely with our operators to perform rigorous checks and inspections, while playing a key role in maintaining health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform product inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Partner with production teams to complete safety and quality checks
  • Manage non-conforming product processes, documentation, and resolutions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems, procedures, and process improvements within the quality department.
  • Support training, audits, and quality-related improvements
  • Champion a culture of compliance and continuous improvement

What You'll Need:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths or relevant manufacturing experience
  • Experience in quality control or production, ideally in plastics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and team-focused attitude
