Job description

We are currently recruiting for our market leading client for a Final QC Inspector based in Hitchin.

Purpose

To ensure compliance of products and processes for the manufacturing of Personal Protection clothing for the medical industry to ISO regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct final Quality Control Production inspections.
  2. Work in conjunction with logistics to ensure priority of orders.
  3. Liaise with Despatch department to be aware of any missing orders.
  4. Work with other company personnel to resolve non-conformances.
  5. Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 requirements.
  6. Achieve daily targets.
Skills
  1. Ability to understand manufacturing processes and how the processes are controlled.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills.
  3. A good work ethic.
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Operation of basic measuring devices.
  6. Commerciality & decision-making skills required.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Quality control experience preferable.
  2. Experience with ISO 9001 Standards preferred.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am – 4.45pm and Friday 8am – 3.30pm, 40 hours per week.
