Frontline Recruitment Derby is seeking a Quality Control Assistant to join the reputable client’s Quality team in Leicestershire, LE7. You will perform routine quality checks, review COAs and documentation, and ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards before dispatch.
Working with Production and Quality colleagues, you’ll help maintain high standards, support continuous improvement and ensure accurate record-keeping in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Frontline Recruitment Derby are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Assistant to join our reputable client's Quality team based in Leicestershire, LE7.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in quality control, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food production or another highly regulated environment, who is looking to develop their career within a quality-focused role.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring that products meet the required quality, safety and regulatory standards before they are released.
You will carry out routine and random quality checks throughout the production process, review documentation and certificates, and complete final product inspections to ensure that finished goods are fully compliant ready for dispatch. You will be working closely with both the production department and personnel ensuring they too meet the required standards in both their duties and their own PPE/Hygiene standards.
This is a key role within the Quality function of a leading pharma company, helping to ensure products are manufactured correctly, documentation is accurate and complete, and finished goods meet the required standards before release.
You will work alongside a range of departments and have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience within a structured and quality-driven manufacturing environment.

Hours of work: Some flexibility in start times so either 7-3 pm or 8 - 4 pm Monday to Friday (37.5 Hour week)
Salary: Up to £15 ph, overtime at enhanced rates plus company benefits,
