IO Associates seeks a Quality Conformance Engineer for the Broughton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. Responsibilities
- Implement APQP and Quality Standards, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and structured product development processes.
- Facilitate FMEA across Design, Process, and Machine domains, supporting teams in identifying and mitigating potential failure modes.
- Develop and update Control Plans to reflect process modifications, ensuring quality maintenance throughout production.
- Lead Cost of Non-Quality forecasting, execute Production Process Verification, and provide lineside support during Start of Production phases to ensure smooth manufacturing and reduce non-quality costs.
Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate will need to have active or transferrable UK SC Security Clearance to undertake the role.
