Job summary

Interaction Recruitment seeks a detail-oriented Systems Co-ordinator to maintain quality management documentation and health & safety systems within a technical environment. You will support audits, calibrations, and testing activities while ensuring compliance with ISO 17025.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a laboratory setting.

Qualifications

• Two years' laboratory experience or A Levels in science or mathematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately and work independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of the importance of working within a quality management system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop quality management documentation and health and safety systems.
• Support audits and calibration activities.
• Coordinate testing and risk assessments.
• Assist with ISO 17025 accreditation scope extensions and SOPs creation.
• Support Health & Safety compliance and training records.
• Purchasing and verifying standard reference materials.
