Job Description

QEHS Assistant – Reporting and Administration

Hybrid role based at Pirin Court – E16. This position supports Telent's Transport Asset Management business in achieving high standards of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Assurance in accordance with UK legislation, directives, operational requirements, and customer standards.

The QEHS Assistant will be mentored by the QEHS Manager to develop knowledge and skills, assisting operations in implementing industry best practices, minimizing injuries, and promoting a robust QEHS culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage QEHS KPI data and reporting using Microsoft Power Platform and Office Suite
  • Maintain planned QEHS briefings using software such as Page Tiger
  • Collaborate with departments to improve KPI reporting
  • Participate actively in meetings and document minutes
  • Develop QEHS knowledge and skills
  • Support areas including contract portfolios, KPI analysis, incident investigations, campaigns, workshops, documentation, and root cause analysis
Additional Responsibilities
  • Administer QEHS KPI data and monitor performance
  • Promote good QEHS practices
  • Support client relationships and ensure compliance with legislation
