Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support operational excellence in a growing manufacturing business in East Sussex. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality and compliance, possess strong organisational skills, and a valid driving license. This is a full-time role based in Hailsham with an immediate start available.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality, compliance, or process coordination, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Experience with maintaining quality/compliance systems (QMS).
  • Familiarity with managing BRCGS, FSC & ISO Certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Support management systems and audit processes.
  • Assist with risk assessments and non-conformance management.
  • Collate, record, and report operational and compliance data.
  • Train and guide teams on procedures and standards.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure effective communication with management.

Quality & Compliance Coordinator

Location: Hailsham

Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

*Must have full valid driving license due to the nature of the role*

Are you an organised, detail-focused professional with experience in quality, compliance, or process management? We're recruiting a Quality & Compliance Coordinator on behalf of a growing manufacturing business in East Sussex. This is a hands-on role where you'll support operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

The Role:

You'll help maintain management systems, support audits, drive process improvements, and work closely with teams to ensure standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience in quality, compliance, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support management systems and audit processes

About You:

Experience in quality, compliance, or process coordination (manufacturing preferred)

  • Maintaining quality/compliance systems (QMS)

  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently
