Note: This is initially a Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Cover role, expected to start on Monday 4th August 2025 (subject to referencing and vetting checks) and expire around 31st October 2026.

As a Quality and Compliance Officer, you will be a key member of the Safety & Compliance team. You will work closely with department managers to support all aspects of Quality and Compliance.

Here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular internal audits and inspections to identify potential risks or non-compliance issues.
• Performing all internal and external audits in line with the Internal Audit Programme.
• Developing and managing the Internal Audit Programme.
• Investigating reports of potential non-compliance.
• Managing all aspects of the Document Management Systems.
• Embodying the Airport’s ‘One Team’ culture and supporting the needs of the business as required.

• Recognised internal auditor qualification in Airport or Airline Operations.
• Strong knowledge of EASA / CAA regulations.
• Working knowledge of CAP 168, 642, and aerodrome certification management.
• Recognised train the trainer qualification.
• Strong understanding of health & safety (HSG 65) legislation.
