• Recognised internal auditor qualification in Airport or Airline Operations.
• Strong knowledge of EASA / CAA regulations.
• Proficiency in CAP 168, 642, and Aerodrome certification management.

Note: This is a Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Cover role, starting around 4th August 2025 (subject to checks) and ending around 31st October 2026.

Role Overview: Quality and Compliance Officer

I am a key member of the Safety & Compliance team, working closely with department managers to support all aspects of Quality and Compliance.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting internal audits and inspections to identify risks or non-compliance.
2. Executing all internal and external audits per the Internal Audit Programme.
3. Developing and managing the Internal Audit Programme.
4. Investigating reports of potential non-compliance.
5. Managing all aspects of Document Management Systems.
6. Supporting the 'One Team' culture and undertaking additional activities as needed.

Skills and Experience Required

If you can answer 'yes' to all the following, you have the necessary skills:

• Recognised internal auditor qualification in Airport or Airline Operations.
• Strong knowledge of EASA / CAA regulations.
• Proficiency in CAP 168, 642, and Aerodrome certification management.
• Recognised train the trainer qualification.
• Knowledge of health & safety (HSG 65) and legislation.
