Job summary

Almac Group in Craigavon is inviting applications for a Quality Compliance Manager (Product) to lead the Quality Operations team. You will govern deviation investigations and product quality complaints, ensuring investigations are thorough, timely, and support the appropriate release of product.

You will develop and coach the team, work closely with Operations, Analytical and wider Quality groups, and provide expert guidance to drive rapid resolution of quality issues in line with regulatory

Qualifications

• A Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
• Significant experience working within an established Quality System in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Previous experience with manufacturing, packaging or analysis of solid oral dosage products.
• Previous line management and customer interaction experience.
• Proven knowledge of the legal requirements, rules and guidance governing the manufacture of pharmaceutical products for global markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organise, plan and prioritise work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for deviation investigations and product quality complaints.
• Govern investigations to ensure they are comprehensive, completed within required timelines and support timely product release.
• Collaborate with Operations, Analytical and wider Quality teams to provide guidance and drive timely resolution of quality issues.
