This is a senior-level opportunity to lead on internal quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement strategies across the organisation's education and training services. You'll play a critical role in shaping training delivery standards, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting professional development for staff. Key Responsibilities Oversee internal quality processes, including observation of teaching and learner feedback. Lead the organisation's compliance with awarding bodies, regulators, and external audits. Plan and deliver staff training and development to enhance teaching and support. Ensure all health and safety, safeguarding, and compliance standards are met. Maintain and update policies in line with regulatory changes and best practice. Produce high-quality reports for senior stakeholders and government bodies. Monitor and support the achievement of KPIs across teams. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to raise standards across the board. Essential Criteria Experience in quality assurance or compliance, ideally within education or training. Strong working knowledge of audit processes and regulatory frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills. High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Experience in training, CPD planning, or staff coaching is highly desirable.
