Quality & Compliance Lead

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain and optimize management system documentation, procedures, and logs.
• Follow up on nonconformities and improvement actions, escalating key issues, risks, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze compliance data and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement compliance training programs.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation relevant to the oil and gas industry.
• Respond to customer quality and environmental tender requests.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures that promote compliance.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Proven experience implementing and/or maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems within a small to medium-sized organization
• Recognized internal auditor training and/or hands-on experience conducting internal audits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to produce high-quality presentations and reports

Desirables

• Knowledge of other ISO standards including 14064, 14068, PAS2060, and/or 27001
