Qualifications

• Professional and detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experienced in using business systems to manage data and workflows.
• Background in regulatory, quality, or sustainability functions.
• Experience within Pharmaceutical, Food & Nutrition, Personal Care, Healthcare or Industrial sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk and regulatory assessments for new products and suppliers.
• Support the onboarding process for new business, ensuring compliance and smooth integration.
• Monitor and review controlled products to maintain secure, compliant transactions.
• Utilise ERP, CRM, and data management systems to manage product and supplier information.
• Assist the HSEQR Manager with internal and external business queries.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
• Support the development and maintenance of company certifications and management systems.
