Role: Quality & Compliance Auditor

Salary: £40,000 + £5,000 car allowance

Location: Remote with Travel

Your Role

  • Reporting to the Head of Quality the Quality and Compliance auditor will take a central role in the regulatory compliance audit function within Consensus. Supporting the organisation to achieve its overall target of 100% compliance across all 3 regulatory systems (CQC, CIW, SCI).
  • Working alongside other members of the Quality and Compliance team, you will take responsibility for planning and executing planned, responsive, and targeted inspection audits on all support services nationally, monitoring compliance and recommending remedial actions to both Operational and Quality colleagues.
  • Producing comprehensive reports and recommendations you will work with operational colleagues to support quality improvements at service level, taking a continuous improvement approach to the audit work.
  • You will contribute to the Quality and Compliance strategy workstreams and take on additional projects that support the audit work.
  • The role is instrumental in driving quality outcomes for the people we support and is a key role in reaching our aspirations to be the best quality provider for people with a learning Disability, behaviour that challenges and autism.
