Job summary

Quality & Compliance Administrator role in Tiverton with a part-time, permanent contract offering £30,000–£35,000 pro rata DOE.

You will work across QA, NPD and production, helping maintain HACCP and GMP standards, support internal and supplier audits, and assist the Technical Manager with quality improvements and new product launches, shaping how products are developed and brought to market.

Qualifications

• Experience in food or drinks manufacturing.

We’re working with agrowing food manufacturing business looking for a Quality & Compliance Administrator who wants to be involved in more than just day-to-day quality checks.

You’ll have the opportunity tohelp create new products, improve quality standards, influence food safety and work closely with the Technical Manager and wider production team.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE

This is a genuinely varied position where you’ll be involved fromproduct concept right through to launch, while also playing a key role in maintaining and improving site quality and food safety standards.

You won’t be stuck behind a desk.You’ll work acrossNPD, suppliers, production, quality, audits and continuous improvement, giving you fantastic exposure across the business

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience withinfood or drinks manufacturing
• A background inQA, Technical, Compliance or NPD
• Knowledge ofHACCP, GMP, food safety legislation and quality systems
• Strong organisation and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence working with production teams, suppliers and colleagues
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good IT / Microsoft Office skills

HACCP, Internal Auditor, BRCGS or retailer technical experience would be a bonus.
