Job summary

Telemedicine Clinic (TMC) is seeking a Quality Co-ordinator to support the Quality Manager across the UK. You will focus on clinical governance, incident and complaint management, audits, risk management and continuous improvement.

The role is a 40-hour week with hybrid working, regular travel to the Reading office and occasional UK/international travel. Radiology governance experience and PSIRF knowledge are highly valued; clinical registration is desirable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality Management System and compliance with certifications, regulations and customer requirements.
• Help implement group policies and procedures and monitor compliance.
• Promote a quality culture through guidance, training and practical support.
• Prepare quality data for UK clients and attend client meetings when required.
• Manage the timely recording and triage of incidents, adverse events, non-conformities and complaints.
• Support risk assessment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, trend monitoring and quality reporting.
• Provide administrative support for medical incident investigations and communicate with clients on cases.
• Plan and participate in internal and external audits, accreditation activities and follow-up actions.
• Support risk management across TMC offices and departments.
• Deputise for the Quality Manager when required and undertake other relevant duties.

Quality Coordinator UK About TMC Telemedicine Clinic (TMC), part of Unilabs since 2017, is a European leader in teleradiology and advanced diagnostics. The Role

• As a Quality Co-ordinator, you will support the Quality Manager and wider TMC Quality Team in monitoring and improving quality across the UK entity.
• Your focus will include clinical governance, incident and complaint management, audits, risk management and continuous improvement.
• You will bring strong clinical governance experience and a healthcare background. Radiology experience is preferred, particularly for supporting medical complaint investigations. Clinical registration is desirable but not essential.
• The role is based on a 40-hour working week, with 7.5 hours working days, typically between 09:00 and 17:00, although some flexibility may be required to meet business needs.
• We offer a hybrid working model with regular travel to the Reading office and occasional travel within the UK and internationally, including the Barcelona office. You will work across TMC departments and entities, report to the Quality Manager and deputise when required.
