Overview

We are working with a well-established food manufacturer who are looking for a Quality Co-ordinator to join their technical team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in quality assurance, HACCP, and team leadership who is looking to take ownership of quality systems and play a key role in driving improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining the company's Quality Management System.
  • Leading HACCP activities and supporting external audits and third party accreditations.
  • Handling customer complaints and delivering year-on-year reductions.
  • Coaching and developing a team of Quality staff.
  • Working closely with production to ensure food safety and compliance are always maintained.
  • Supporting customer specifications and internal training.
Qualifications
  • Degree educated (or equivalent) with solid experience in food manufacturing QA.
  • HACCP qualified, with hands-on audit and certification experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing quality teams.
  • Analytical, organised, and confident in liaising with customers.
