Job description

Quality inspectors who are hands-on and have a pragmatic and realistic approach to inspection and engineering are encouraged to apply for an exciting opportunity within a subcontract machine shop.

They manufacture and supply precision machined components for the scientific and medical industries and are experiencing continuous growth. The company offers flexible working hours, with shifts from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, and provides overtime and weekend work for those interested. The team is also social, regularly gathering for monthly bacon sarnies or pizzas, and quarterly nights out for curries, beers, or bowling.

Requirements include the ability to use manual inspection tools and interpret engineering drawings. Experience operating a CMM is advantageous but not mandatory, as the company is willing to train suitable candidates.
