4. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6. Ability to develop and implement clinical policies.
7. Experience in driving quality improvement initiatives.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
