Quality Business Partner for Supported Living Services
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + £3,000 car allowance
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Field-based across the North West and Midlands
Driving licence required

In partnership with a leading care provider I am seeking a Quality Business Partner to support their supported living services across the North West and Midlands. This role focuses on improving care quality, ensuring compliance, and embedding person-centred practices across supported living services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead quality assurance processes and service audits
  • Analyse incidents and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Positive Behaviour Support teams
  • Partner with individuals supported to shape care delivery
  • Support services in achieving meaningful outcomes
  • Contribute to governance, compliance, and innovation
  • Help develop new services within robust quality frameworks

About You

  • Experienced in health or social care at a senior level
  • Strong knowledge of CQC and regulatory standards
  • Skilled in quality improvement, audits, and project delivery
  • Excellent communicator with a proactive mindset
  • Committed to person-centred, rights-based support
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
