This is a leadership role with impact, where you'll collaborate with senior management to embed a culture of quality, influence operational decisions, and drive a continuous improvement mindset. Your work will ensure quality standards go beyond compliance, directly contributing to performance, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Main Assignments
  • Work with senior management to align business continuity efforts with the overall business strategy
  • Partner with senior leaders to align quality strategies with business goals.
  • Enhance and maintain Sodexo's HSEQ IMS, ensuring it supports compliance with ISO and regulatory standards.
  • Lead the regional audit and assurance programme, delivering actionable insights to mitigate risks and improve performance.
  • Oversee and maintain ISO certifications and business-critical accreditations.
  • Champion quality as a core business function through awareness campaigns, training, and communications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust change management, version control, and governance of documentation and processes.
  • Analyse assurance activity outcomes and communicate key findings to drive improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, auditors, and certification bodies.
Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified to degree level in related field
  • Hold a Quality Management, Lead Audit or Technical Management Qualification.
  • Member of relevant professional bodies, for example Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), etc
  • Proven experience in quality and audit programme management within complex organisations
  • Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and their application
  • Strong knowledge and practiced application of food hygiene and health and safety legislation in UK, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. with the ability to interpret and apply that knowledge to Sodexo's business activities.
  • Attention to detail to ensure all aspects of IMS is thoroughly considered and documented
  • Full UK and Ireland driving Licence; Fully mobile to travel across the UK and Ireland Region
