Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking a Quality Bids & Proposals Coordinator for the United Kingdom. You will shape competitive, compliant, and commercially sound bid submissions, ensuring quality requirements, risks, resources and costs are understood and built into proposals.

This role sits at the front end of the business, collaborating with Engineering, Operations and Quality teams to identify risks and opportunities, and to drive robust, auditable proposals that meet customer and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Engineering, QA or Manufacturing Quality.
• Background supporting bids, tenders, or proposals within aerospace or Defence.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and quality management systems.
• Ability to interpret technical specs, drawings and customer requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications, drawings and contractual requirements to define the quality scope.
• Develop Quality BOEs and ensure costs and resources are aligned for quality activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Quality teams to validate delivery assumptions.
• Identify quality risks, opportunities and mitigation plans during the bid process.
• Determine inspection, testing, certification, tooling, or training needs.
• Represent Quality at bid reviews and proposal sign-off meetings.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet customer, regulatory and business quality requirements.
• Maintain and improve quality proposal content and response libraries.
