Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Quality Automation Engineer in Manchester to lead and deliver high-quality software, combining hands-on testing with team leadership. The role requires driving quality strategies, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with clients to ensure scalable, robust solutions.

You’ll work with modern engineering practices, participate in GenAI initiatives, and spend time onsite with clients to enable delivery of first-class services.

Qualifications

• Experience in modern Quality Engineering concepts including automated testing.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented language (Java, C#, Typescript, Python).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI projects or evidence of pursuing GenAI initiatives.
• Familiarity with testing in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and lead teams in a consultancy setting.
• Willingness to adapt to changing tech stacks for client delivery.

• Lead hands-on delivery while mentoring junior engineers.
