DP World seeks a Quality Auditor to oversee audits and data analysis across our Burton-on-Trent site, ensuring operational compliance and high quality standards. You will review findings, track trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all audit records and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular operational and process audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and site requirements.
  • Review audit findings, identify trends and provide clear feedback to supervisors and managers.
  • Carry out confirmation audits and monitor improvements for previously failed areas.
  • Analyse operational data using spreadsheets to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support testing activities, including compliance for specialist products.
  • Monitor and maintain records relating to waste and hazardous materials.
  • Produce accurate reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling audit data and investigations.

Are you an experienced auditor with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality, compliance and continuous improvement? Join DP World as a Quality Auditor in Burton-on-Trent, and play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, conducting audits, analysing data and ensuring the highest standards across our warehouse operations.

About the Role:

As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for monitoring operational compliance, conducting audits, analysing performance data and supporting continuous improvement activities across the site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys investigating processes, identifying trends and working closely with operational teams to maintain exceptional quality standards. You will play a vital role in ensuring procedures are consistently followed while helping protect service levels and customer satisfaction.

How you will contribute:
  • Conduct regular operational and process audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and site requirements.
  • Review audit findings, identify trends and provide clear feedback to supervisors and operational managers.
  • Carry out confirmation audits and monitor performance improvements for individuals or processes that have previously failed quality checks.
  • Analyse operational data using spreadsheets and tracking tools to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Support functional testing activities, including compliance checks relating to specialist products and materials.
  • Monitor and maintain records relating to waste, hazardous materials and associated compliance requirements.
  • Produce accurate reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling audit data, performance information and quality investigations.
What you will bring:
  • Previous experience in a Quality Auditor, Compliance Auditor, Process Auditor or similar auditing role.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Experience conducting audits, documenting findings and making evidence-based decisions.
  • A methodical and highly detail-focused approach when reviewing processes and records.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Confidence communicating findings and recommendations to operational teams and management.
  • The ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience working within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or operational environments would be advantageous.
