Join Our Team at Airbus Helicopters: Shape the Future of Aviation Safety & Quality
Are you passionate about aviation safety and quality? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a drive to make things better? Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Safety & Quality Auditor to join our dynamic team at Oxford Airport – Britain’s civil helicopter hub.
As the world’s largest helicopter manufacturer, Airbus Helicopters is at the forefront of innovation and excellence. With a rich history in providing cutting-edge helicopters to both civil and military applications, we are now seeking a talented individual to support our Safety and Quality functions across various exciting projects, including a new contract with the Ministry of Defence.
Conduct Audits: Carry out internal audits at Line Stations and Vendor locations (some overseas travel may be involved).
Analyse & Improve: Perform root cause analysis, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement projects.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain company approvals, write/update documentation, and manage the company’s document library.
Training & Development: Deliver Safety, Quality & Compliance training to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Collaborate: Work closely with teams to ensure corrective and preventative actions are timely and effective.
Experience: You have a background in aviation-related auditing and compliance monitoring, with expertise in Part 145 and CAMO environments.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
Qualifications: Audit training and aviation engineering qualifications. A valid driving license and passport are also essential.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel, including limited overseas duties, and adapt to various working environments.
