Job description

Location: Kendal, Central Java

Employment: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of small appliances using standard tools and equipment (e.g., pressure machines, power meters).
• Independently complete English inspection reports based on fixed templates.
• Identify, report, and follow up on quality abnormalities; support root cause analysis and improvements.
• Monitor daily quality data and provide feedback to production and QA teams.
• Ensure inspection tools, fixtures, and documentation are well-maintained and up to date.
• Maintain production quality control and provide suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in quality inspection or a related role.
• Familiar with inspection procedures and standards for small appliances and personal care devices.
• Able to operate common inspection tools and equipment.
• Basic English skills, capable of completing simple written reports.
• High school, vocational, or technical school education and above.
• Strong discipline, self-management, and accountability.
• Mandarin speaking is required.
