Job summary

Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust seeks a Quality Auditor to join the Operations Quality team. This role involves producing audit reports and ensuring quality assurance for call answering according to IAED performance standards, promoting diversity and inclusivity in the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
  • Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) or Call Prioritisation Streaming System (CPSS) certification.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
  • Knowledge of equality and diversity issues related to learning and development.
  • Willingness to undertake additional skills training.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Operations Quality team at Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust for a Quality Auditor.

The successful candidates will join the new CPSS quality audit team and will be responsible for producing audit reports evidencing quality assurance for call answering in line with IAED performance standards.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; applications from English and Welsh speakers are welcome.

The role involves sharing learning and improving practices through communication channels such as coaching bulletins and SWAY, focusing on themes and learning.
