Job description

As a Quality Auditor in Bilston, you will join the Technical Team of a major food manufacturer. This permanent, full-time role operates on an AM shift from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, offering £13.43 per hour plus overtime and benefits. Your primary responsibility is preventing product defects by ensuring all checks meet customer specifications, with immediate reporting of non-conformances to Section Managers. Duties include raw material inspections, online data entry, traceability verification, and label placement accuracy. You will uphold due diligence and safety standards across departments. Previous auditing experience within food production is essential, alongside strong attention to detail. Quality Auditor sought by a £multimillion pound food products manufacturer to join their team in Bilston. This is a permanent role on the AM shift: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm.

The Role:

As a Quality Auditor you will be working as part of the Technical Team, preventing errors in manufacturing or production that lead to product defects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all quality checks are carried out to the correct customer specification and any non-conformances are reported immediately to the relevant Section Manager, as well as ensuring due diligence, product safety and quality in all relevant departments.
