Recruit 4 Talent is seeking a Quality Auditor for a permanent role in Bilston. You will join the Technical Team to prevent defects, ensure customer specifications are met, and report non-conformances to management.

Responsibilities include material quality checks, data entry, traceability, CCP/HACCP compliance, and daily QA tasks. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Audit quality checks and daily factory processes to ensure GMP compliance.
• Identify and report any quality, safety or compliance issues to the QA team.

Job description

Quality Auditor sought by a £multimillion pound food products manufacturer to join their team in Bilston.

This is a permanent role on the AM shift: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm.

The Role:

As a Quality Auditor you will be working as part of the Technical Team, preventing errors in manufacturing or production that lead to product defects.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all quality checks are carried out to the correct customer specification and any non-conformances are reported immediately to the relevant Section Manager, as well as ensuring due diligence, product safety and quality in all relevant departments.

As a Quality Auditor, your duties will include:

• Raw material quality checks
• To input data into the online system
• Carry out traceability checks
• Verify label placement and information accuracy
• Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures
• Carry out Critical Control Point (CCP) checks
• Completing paperwork to a high level of accuracy, recording daily QA tasks
• Identifying and reporting any quality, food safety or compliance issues to QA Team Leader and QA Manager
• Audit quality checks
• Daily checks of factory processes and procedures to ensure compliance and adhere to good manufacturing practices
• Carry out verification checks of calibration of measuring equipment
• Investigate complaints and resolve issues
• Collecting and collating samples for testing

Your experience as Quality Auditor:
