What You Will Do:

- Conduct daily factory walks with relevant managers to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

- Perform online verification to ensure adherence to critical control points and the quality management system.

- Carry out internal audits to ensure compliance with food standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Conduct swabbing and testing for cleaning verification and allergen controls, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.

- Investigate non-conformances, hold materials, and potential product contamination, maintaining accurate records and communicating findings effectively.

- Complete daily tasks such as calibrations, product checks, and traceability exercises to uphold industry standards.

What You Will Bring:

- Experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of quality assurance processes.

- Level 2 or 3 HACCP qualification or certification, along with internal auditing expertise.

- Knowledge of BRC, ISO, and major retailer standards, with a proactive approach to maintaining compliance.
