Job description

We are seeking an Auditor to join our Quality Team to support internal audits, ensuring each care home meets our standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves supporting homes to deliver high-quality care aligned with our Vision to be the Home of Choice, Employer of Choice, and a safe environment.

Responsibilities include conducting daily quality assurance audits in accordance with the Health & Social Care Act and CQC requirements, providing detailed feedback, and facilitating action plans.

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coaching care home management teams. Travel across our network of Care Homes in the South East is required; therefore, a valid driver’s license is essential.
