Emerald Group is seeking a Quality Audit Underwriter in London. The role focuses on post-issue underwriting QA to maximise value, data-driven improvements, and robust post-issue communications.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to advance the programme and share insights for performance gains. Experience at a senior underwriter level with life, serious illness and income protection knowledge is essential, along with familiarity with relevant regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience at a senior underwriter level with in-depth medical and financial knowledge in respect of Life cover, Serious Illness and Income Protection.
• Good working knowledge of regulatory procedures/requirements within the industry.

Responsabilités

• Analyse data collected and consider and recommend areas for improvements or change
• Ensure post issue communications are sound and evidence collation appropriate
• Support in the training and development of distribution by identifying and reporting on trends where non-disclosure could be improved upon
• Ensure a robust post issue underwriting non-disclosure QA is conducted to maximise value and work with key stakeholders to drive the programme forward
