This is a field-based role with a requirement for UK-wide travel. A full UK driving licence is required. This is 12-month secondment.

About the role

The field-based Quality & Audit Specialist role is key in supporting the Quality Manager with auditing Boots UK stores that deliver relevant clinical services, trials, studies and continual improvement initiatives. The role holder works to identify any shortfall in quality and compliance standards, so that these may be addressed appropriately and with expediency, to reassure internal stakeholders and external partners of Boots UK's capability, capacity and commitment to the successful delivery of such initiatives that are future-facing, reputation-enhancing and end-user focused.

This role would suit someone with the passion, confidence and credibility to coach store teams to continually improve standards and enhance patient care.

• Ability to adapt and to be flexible to meet the demands of the business with pace

• Good organisational skills to be able to manage a varied and demanding workload

• Self-motivated with experience of setting and delivering to deadlines

• Intermediate computer skills and the ability to adopt or contribute to the digital transformation agenda

• Demonstrable commitment to ongoing personal improvement and WBA/Boots UK core values

It would be great if you also have

• Project management experience (desirable)
