QA Tester - Fintech

Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid - 2 - 3 days in the office)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits package, which includes share options, pension, life cover, income protection, private medical insurance, EV car scheme, and Bike to Work scheme.

Our client provides financial planning and investment management firms with cutting-edge client portal technology that improves efficiency, ensures compliance, and lift client engagement.

We are now looking for a QA Tester who is passionate about quality, detail, and delivering seamless software experiences.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and executing manual and automated tests across web applications
• Working closely with Product and Dev teams to ensure full test coverage of new features
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing a quality-first perspective
• Helping shape and evolve our testing strategy, tools, and automation frameworks
• Championing best practices and driving continuous improvement

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong knowledge of testing methods: functional, regression, exploratory
• Experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, and ideally Playwright
• A collaborative mindset and sharp problem-solving skills
• Confidence working in Agile teams and communicating across departments
• A focus on security, data protection, and high-quality delivery standards
