Roles and Responsibilities:

The Quality Analyst will be part of the "Airport and Airline Operations" unit, which is responsible for Altea customer management.

Job Summary:

The Quality Analyst will be instrumental in developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting regular audits and inspections, and testing products or services to identify areas for improvement. This role will document testing results, maintain records for analysis, and collaborate with product development teams to establish quality requirements. This key role in the Airport & Airline Operations organization operates within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and is an integral part of a feature team in the SAFe train, participating in enhancing the Altea Customer management product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Perform manual and automated testing on various software applications.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide a quality perspective.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance and/or security testing.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
• Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB).
