Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join a fast-growing, innovative global technology platform transforming its B2C services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead quality assurance in a multi-year transformation program.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Champion quality across cross-functional Agile teams, collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, and UX Designers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing insights to improve processes.
• Design and implement test strategies, including functional validation, API testing, cross-platform testing, negative testing, and exploratory testing.
• Develop and maintain regression test suites to ensure product stability.
• Perform risk-based testing to maximize coverage and efficiency.
• Create and maintain scalable automation scripts, integrating with CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute automated tests, monitor results, and address issues promptly.
• Refine automation coverage and optimize testing effectiveness.
• Participate in requirements analysis to assess testability and usability.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in software QA and testing, with knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience in developing and executing diverse test strategies.
• Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman and SoapUI, and experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Hands-on with performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Strong SQL skills for database testing.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior QA engineers.
