Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain quality systems to ensure full compliance with company practices, codes of practice, and customer protocols.
  • Update and maintain component and product specifications, QA and HACCP manuals.
  • Review, verify, and sign off quality records.
  • Participate in internal audits to demonstrate compliance with company, customer, and industry standards.
  • Carry out traceability exercises.
Person Specification
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Desirable experience with HACCP, BRC, Food safety level 2
Hours of work

4 ON 4 OFF shift pattern – 6am- 6pm
