This Quality Assurance Technician role is with a food manufacturer in the Chandlers Ford area. The position offers a Monday to Friday working week, from 9am to 5pm. The role offers a salary of £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience. It is a full-time, on-site position.

The Quality Assurance Technician will ensure product safety, legality, and quality by maintaining HACCP and QMS standards, conducting audits, and managing complaint investigations. Responsibilities include performing weekly checks, GMP audits, raw material inspections, overseeing calibration schedules, setting and running taste panels, validating shelf life, approving packaging, and supporting new product trials. The role also involves ensuring accurate documentation, supporting internal audits, and closing out non-conformances. Acting as a key link between the shopfloor and technical team, the technician will uphold QC standards and compliance, contribute to continuous improvement, and support customer audit readiness.
