Job summary

PERMANENT FUTURES LIMITED is seeking an experienced Quality Technician to join a busy manufacturing environment. This hands-on role requires strong dimensional inspection skills and the ability to investigate and resolve quality issues across first-off, in-process and final inspections.

The ideal candidate will operate CMM equipment, read engineering drawings and tolerances, document non-conformances and drive corrective actions in collaboration with Production and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CMM and manual measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Experience in first-off, in-process and final inspections.

You’ll have previous experience within a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector or similar manufacturing role, with hands-on experience using CMM and manual measuring equipment.

You’ll be confident interpreting engineering drawings and, importantly, able to go beyond identifying defects by finding the root cause and putting corrective actions in place.
