What you will do:

1. Ensure compliance with BRC and customer codes of practice
2. Support audits and quality inspections
3. Manage customer specifications and respond to queries efficiently
4. Analyse data to drive improvements in food safety and quality
5. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve quality issues
6. Maintain accurate records and communicate quality matters effectively

What you'll need:

1. A food-related degree
2. Previous experience in food manufacturing quality/technical roles
3. Food Hygiene & HACCP Level 2 or higher
4. Strong understanding of BRC and retailer standards
5. Experience with customer specifications and systems
