Job Description:

About The Team: This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all technical aspects related to the product quality systems on site. Responsible for implementing robust systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with HelloFresh international and local standards. The role manages a team of quality technical colleagues and auditors, focusing on delivering a quality product from intake to delivery. It also involves managing the technical auditor function and ensuring workload is balanced, alongside maintaining health & safety and compliance standards.

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Managing a team across shifts to meet quality KPIs, acting as the main contact for daily quality activities, and collaborating with operational teams.
2. Engaging and developing the team to achieve optimal performance and potential.
3. Ensuring audit protocols are completed properly and streamlining processes for efficiency.
4. Leading and supporting supplier visits for raw material issues and building good relationships.
5. Collaborating with global, internal, and cross-functional teams to identify issues, share best practices, and implement improvements.
6. Maintaining accurate records of quality data, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
7. Managing quarantine areas and coordinating stock movements as per decisions.
8. Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions.
9. Developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive quality plan.

Who You Are:

1. Proven experience in food safety and quality assurance.
2. Ability to present data accurately and succinctly.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
4. Knowledge of SOPs and standards.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and develop staff.

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
