Kerry Portbury is seeking a Quality Technician to join our proactive team. You will act as the link between Technical and Operations, ensuring products meet food safety and quality standards while supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work closely with Production and Technical teams to analyse data, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions. A transport-enabled candidate is preferred due to site location.

Competenze

• Experience within Quality, Technical, Specifications or Food Manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Experience investigating issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and Quality Management Systems is advantageous.

• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and manufacturing standards.
• Support food safety, quality and HACCP requirements across production areas.
• Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics and KPIs.
• Review taste panel results and drive improvement actions.
• Maintain reports, records and customer documentation.
• Promote safe working practices and support Health & Safety requirements.
